Consumer goods giant Nestle has unveiled a new addition to its Nescafe range in Spain that is claimed to make consumers feel more “alive”.
Nescafe Vitalissimo is aimed at the 40+ age bracket and “helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue with just one cup per day, without compromising on great taste”, according to promotional material. A cup of coffee made with 2 teaspoons (2g) of Nescafe Vitalissimo is claimed to provide 15% of the RDA of magnesium, thus helping consumers “make the most of every day”.
Magnesium is a mineral with a multitude of benefits, supporting over 3,000 functions in the body, the company adds.
Nescafe Vitalissimo is being made available in purple-themed 200g packaging. Standard and decaffeinated varieties are being launched, priced at an RRP of €5.19 ($5.76) and €5.85 ($6.50) respectively.
