Portuguese brewer Central De Cervejas has expanded its line of radler beer with the launch of two new varieties focused on Portuguese ingredients.
Launched under the established Sagres beer brand, the new varieties are Sagres with Lime & Rocha Pear (a native Portuguese pear variety) and Sagres with Lemon & Apple from Alcobaca.
Filipe Bonina, head of marketing for Sagres beer, said: “We know that Sagres radler is enjoyed by a diverse audience looking for new natural and refreshing experiences. This is why we wanted to surprise our customers and innovate with the launch of two new flavours of Portuguese origin, providing different options that are naturally refreshing and tasty”.
The new Sagres radler beers contain 2% abv and are available in packs of six bottles of 330ml, retailed at €5.99 ($6.74).
