How is the way food companies are looking to reach and engage with consumers changing?
“Consumer companies are currently grappling with both digital and traditional media. The choice of media and engagement depends on the category. Many brands are myopic and follow the digital trend without understanding the media that their specific target group consumes. Then there are other brands which believe that traditional media is the only route as they don’t want to work hard on emerging media and engagement routes. Engagement must lead to an emotional connection with brands”.
