What key trends do you expect to shape food innovation in 2015?

Consumers are moving towards urbanisation and westernisation. The need for convenience food which is aspirational with restaurant-like quality which suits the Indian palate is the need of the Indian consumer. Consumers are open to new ideas and concepts in food.

 

What should manufacturers do to be successful in the current economic climate?

Offering consistent taste and quality and value for money on the back of an efficient manufacturing process backed by technology. These factors are crucial to ensure effective growth.
