Kobber, a Brazilian manufacturer of bakery and snack products, is launching a line of snack bars based on tapioca, according to a report in Giro News.
The new products are described as featuring an exclusive recipe that incorporates tapioca flakes. They are promoted as being gluten free and low in sodium, and are as flagged as containing only 62 to 65 calories per 16g bar, depending on the variety.
Kobber Tapioca Bars are available in a choice of four flavours – Chocolate, Milk Caramel, Guava Jam and Coconut & Condensed Milk – that are each identified by strong colourways of blue, orange, purple and green respectively.
Sold both singly and in boxes of three, Kobber Tapioca bars will sit alongside Kobber’s existing snack bar lineup that includes cereal bars, snack bars, fruit bars and nut bars.
