Brownes Dairy, Western Australia’s oldest dairy company, has announced its expansion into the meal replacement sector with the launch of its new brand, Full+.
The new product is described as a milk-based liquid meal designed to bridge the gap between thin protein supplements and processed convenience meals. Unlike traditional shelf-stable (UHT) shakes, Full+ is a chilled product containing 35g of protein, 18 essential vitamins and minerals, and more than 5g of fibre per serving. The range has been rolled out through Coles supermarkets nationwide in Chocolate and Iced Coffee varieties.
Commenting on the launch, Brownes Dairy CEO Natalie Sarich-Dayton said: “We are reclaiming the term ‘fast food’. For too long, fast food has been synonymous with nutritional compromise. Füll+ is the antithesis of that”. She added that the product provides “genuine sustenance and staying power” for consumers who might otherwise skip breakfast or lunch.
The introduction of Full+ follows the success of the company’s Hunt and Brew cold brew coffee brand. Brownes Dairy was founded in 1886 and operates two processing plants in Western Australia.
