Flower Foods, one of the main producers of packaged bakery foods in the USA has announced the investment in Base Culture, a gluten-free and grain-free sliced breads and baked goods manufacturer aligned with Paleo diet.
According to a statement released by Flower Foods, Base Culture’s products are currently available in nearly 15,000 retail locations nationwide and with this investment, the company will be able to increase the distribution capacity, scale marketing, and reinforce its manufacturing process.
