Europe’s leading frozen food company Nomad Foods has announced the completion of the acquisition of Fortenova Frozen for a purchase price of approximately €615 million (£528 million).
Fortenova Frozen is a leading European frozen food company with a portfolio of products such as fish, ready meals, fruits, vegetables, pastry, and ice cream manufactured under the Ledo, and Frikom brands. The company operates in attractive markets new to Nomad Foods, including Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Hungary, Slovenia, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Montenegro.
