Stir Foods and Pacifica Foods part of Chicago based company Wind Point Partners, has acquired sauce business Sabra Dipping Co. The deal includes the Santa Barbara and Chachies brands alongside with the Sabra brand.
Founded in 2000, Stir-Pacifica manufactures soups, sauces, dressings and fresh sauces for both retail and food service customers.
