Hispanic food business V&V Supremo Foods has announced the acquisition of family-owned cheese producer Mill Creek Cheese. V&V Supremo Foods was founded in 1964 and produces Mexican cheese, crema and chorizo, and owns the Chihuahua quesadilla cheese brand. Founded in 1891, Mill Creek Cheese is described as the oldest family-owned cheese plant in Iowa County, Wisconsin.
