Valpizza

Italian private-equity firm Aksia has announced the acquisition of a majority stake at Valpizza, a local pizza maker for an undisclosed sum. Founded in 1992 in Valsamoggia, Valpizza is a producer of frozen pizza and pizza bases with a production facility of 7,400 sq ft.
