Spring Gully Foods

Sydney-based Tempo Group has acquired the intellectual property and brand portfolio of Spring Gully Foods – including the Spring Gully, Gardener, Leabrook Farms and Ozemite labels – after the South Australian condiment maker entered voluntary administration in October.
