Food and drink giant Nestle has entered into an agreement deal to acquire British producer of recipe kits SimplyCook for an undisclosed sum. SimplyCook provides pre-portioned, letterbox-sized recipe kits delivered with simple instructions and specific supplies, to consumers in the UK and Ireland.
