SHS Group, the diversified consumer goods supplier, has announced the acquisition of Shandy Shack, a brand of “mid-strength” abv beer that specialises in flavoured products. Prior to the acquisition, the two companies had collaborated to create a raspberry lager using Bottlegreen cordial.
