Pacific Seafood, the US seafood provider, and Ocean Beauty Seafoods, have merged their distribution businesses to leverage the growing demand for high-quality seafood products. The transaction, which closed effective 13th July 2026, includes Ocean Beauty’s distribution operations in Astoria and Portland, Oregon; Boise, Idaho; Dallas, Texas; Helena, Montana; and Renton, Washington.
