The Original Juice Company (OJC), an Australian-based business that sells chilled fruit and vegetable juices, has announced plans to acquire SPC Global (SPC) and the powdered milk business Nature One Dairy to create a leading food and beverage company. Nature One Dairy, a dairy firm based in Melbourne, Australia, has signed a strategic partnership with Chinese pharmacy giant Sinopharm to manufacture baby formula, specialised milk powder products and other health-related products to import to China.
