Breizh Rebond, the French regional private equity firm, has acquired Les Quatre Saisons, a producer of jams and spreads. Based in Poher, Brittany, Les Quatre Saisons specialises in sweet and savoury spreads, confits and energy products for athletes. The transaction, which was approved by the Lille Commercial Court on 30th April, makes Breizh Rebond the sole shareholder of the manufacturer.
