Congalsa, the Spanish frozen seafood specialist, has expanded its international footprint through the acquisition of Lenger Seafoods Vietnam. The deal, completed via Congalsa’s Portuguese subsidiary Sulpasteis, sees the company take full ownership of the Vietnamese firm from its previous Dutch parent, Lenger Seafoods Group.
