Jining Nature Group

Global food manufacturer Kerry Group has reached an agreement to acquire Chinese flavour and seasoning company Jining Nature Group for an undisclosed sum. Through the acquisition, Kerry Group plans to strengthen its presence in the Asia Pacific market.
