Online grocery platform Instacart has announced a partnership with supermarket retailer Meijer to deliver groceries to customers across the US. Founded in 1934, Meijer is a family-owned chain with stores throughout the Midwest. In 1962, Meijer was the first retailer to launch the “supermarket” or “superstore” in the US.
