Horse Soldier Bourbon, the US spirits brand backed by Californian wine and spirits company Gallo, has opened its new $200 million American Freedom Distillery in Somerset (KY). Named Horse Soldier Farms, the 240-acre site near Lake Cumberland officially opened on the 4th July.
