Muller, the German dairy and chilled foods group whose portfolio includes Muller, Weihenstephan and Sachsenmilch, has signed a purchase agreement to acquire the Elinas and Lunebest brands from Hochwald, a cooperative-based dairy processor producing UHT milk, condensed milk and dairy ingredients.
