Boparan Private Office (BPO), the investment vehicle of entrepreneur Ranjit Singh Boparan, has reached an agreement to acquire the German turkey and chicken processor Heidemark for an undisclosed sum. Based in Ahlhorn, Lower Saxony, Heidemark is a third-generation family business generating annual revenues of approximately €760 million ($805 million).
