Grupo Alacant, the Spanish ice cream manufacturer, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Silver Pail Dairy, one of Ireland’s largest ice cream producers. Based in Fermoy, County Cork, Silver Pail Dairy specializes in ice cream tubs, frozen yogurt, and sorbet for a portfolio of retailers, brand partners, and foodservice operators.
