France: L’Oreal in talks to acquire Thermes de Saint-Gervais-les-Bains
Personal care giant L’Oreal has announced that it is in exclusive talks to acquire the Thermes de Saint-Gervais-les-Bains brand of spa-style toiletries from fellow French firm Groupe Rivadis.
