Global Brands, the Chesterfield-based drinks producer, has announced the acquisition of Skinny Brands, a UK specialist in low-calorie and gluten-free alcoholic beverages. The transaction, completed for an undisclosed sum, sees the Skinny Lager, Skinny IPA, and Skinny Fruit Cider brands integrated into the Global Brands portfolio with immediate effect.
