Fulton Brewing

Fulton Brewing, the US craft brewer, has announced the acquisition of fellow Minnesota-based producer Bemidji Brewing for an undisclosed sum. Effective from 31st October, the deal builds on a production partnership that began roughly three years ago, allowing Bemidji Brewing to expand production beyond its city centre facility and grow distribution into Duluth and the North Shore.
