Emmi, the Swiss dairy multinational, has announced the acquisition of artisan cheese company Cowgirl Creamery and the associated Tomales Bay Foods, based in Petaluma, California, USA. Cowgirl Creamery’s product portfolio of traditionally produced specialties includes soft, semi-hard and aged artisan cheeses.
