Cobblestone Brands, the Dublin-based company, has agreed to acquire Bisquit & Dubouche Cognac and Cabo Wabo Tequila from Italian drinks producer Campari Group. Financial terms of both acquisitions were not disclosed, with the deal expected to be completed by 31st October 2026. Cabo Wabo is distributed in more than 20 US states. Irish drinks company Cobblestone Brands has announced the acquisition of the Knappogue Castle and Clontarf Irish Whiskey brands from Irish Distillers, a subsidiary of wine and spirits giant Pernod Ricard.
