Branded and private label food multinational C.H. Guenther has announced the acquisition of Baldinger-Sons bakeries for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition of Minnesota-based Baldinger bakery and Canada-based Sons bakery will help C.H. Guenther & Son to expand its bakery manufacturing capacity and strengthen relationships with quick-service restaurant customers.
