Dutch dairy multinational FrieslandCampina has reached an agreement to sell its operations in Romania to Bonafarm Group, a regional food and beverage company. This transaction includes the Napolact brand and two production sites in Cluj-Napoca and Târgu Mureș that employ around 400 people.
