Belle Brands, a platform company formed by consumer-focused private investment firm Windsong Global, has acquired Vegamour, a US-based biotech-powered hair care business. Vegamour was founded in 2016. Its brand portfolio joins Belle Brands’ growing suite of beauty businesses, which includes JVN Hair, Pipette, KVD Beauty and Versed.
