Savencia Fromage & Dairy has announced the acquisition of Hope Foods, a US producer of plant-based products, for an undisclosed sum.
Hope Foods has a manufacturing facility able to produce a wide range of plant-based products including its organic hummus made using state-of-the-art technology to retain freshness, peak flavour, and nutritional benefits, Savencia Fromage & Dairy said in a statemnt.
“Hope enlarges our brands portfolio in the USA into fast growing, ‘better-for-you’ products and provides an excellent opportunity to expand consumer options for great tasting, plant-based products,” said Savencia Fromage & Dairy CEO Jean-Paul Torris.
Hope Foods founder Robbie Rech added: “We’re thrilled to be partnering this great brand with a company like Savencia, known throughout the world for some of the best-tasting products on the market.
