Unilever Prestige, the luxury beauty division of consumer goods manufacturer Unilever, has entered into a strategic partnership with software developer CauzzyAI to deploy its enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) platform across its brand portfolio.

The collaboration is designed to embed AI capabilities into daily operations, transforming Unilever Prestige into an AI-native enterprise. Under the agreement, participating brands will deploy CauzzyAI’s AI agents across enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, including Oracle NetSuite, and data warehouses to automate complex workflows and generate real-time business insights. The technology will be applied across finance, operations, supply chain, commercial planning and executive decision-making.

Commenting on the partnership, Narayan Parasuraman, CIO of Unilever Prestige, stated: “Our ambition is to embed intelligence into every layer of the business, giving our teams immediate access to insights, automating complexity behind the scenes, and enabling faster, more confident decisions”.

MC Gasco Busson, CEO of Unilever Prestige, added that connecting enterprise data across previously isolated systems would enable employees to focus on solving business challenges and accelerating innovation across the portfolio.
