Health food company Slendier, has developed a new line of low-carb noodle, rice, pasta and ready meals made of flour from konjac plant in the United Kingdom.
The range of products, which is said to be lower in calories and carbohydrates than wheat-based products, includes fettuccine, noodle, lasagne, spaghetti and pasta as well with three varieties of ready meals made of vegetable fettuccine with different types of Italian style sauces.
“Through research and feedback from our customers, we know that anyone who eats Slendier as a replacement for rice and pasta has lost weight and kept it off,” commended Erica Hughes, Slendier managing director.
The new range of konjac pasta is available at a suggested retail price of £2.50, while the ready to eat meals are available from £4.50 RRP.
