UK: Regal Food Products Group to buy Just Desserts

Yorkshire-based food company Regal Food Products Group has announced the acquisition of premium dessert manufacturer Just Desserts for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 1985, Just Desserts bakes over 130 hand-crafted desserts and cakes including tarts, cheesecakes, and gateaux distributed throughout the foodservice industry.

Just Desserts will continue to operate as an independent business while benefitting from the resources and ongoing investment it can offer the company.
