UK: Kendamil unveils two new baby cereal products

UK baby food firm Kendamil has launched two new baby cereal products, according to a FoodBev report.

Suitable for babies from four months, the new Broccoli & Cheesy Cauliflower and Apple and Blackcurrant Oat Porridge are claimed to be free from added sugars, palm oil and preservatives.

Launched in line with what Kendamil said was increasing demand from customers, the new Broccoli & Cheesy Cauliflower infant cereal is claimed to be the company’s first savoury cereal, aiming to make vegetables palatable from an early age.

“Weaning is a daunting time for new parents, but when they choose Kendamil, they can rest assured they are giving their baby natural food that unlike other market equivalents, is 100% British, uses full cream nutrients, fresh fruit and vegetables and contains zero nasties like palm oil or fish oil”, said Kendamil CEO Ross McMahon,.

The new products will be available throughout the UK with an RRP of £2.29 ($3.12).
