The Compleat Food Group, a diversified UK food business, has announced the acquisition of The Real Yorkshire Pudding Co, a leading supplier of chilled Yorkshire puddings, for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 1992, The Real Yorkshire Pudding Co is a leading supplier of own-label and branded chilled Yorkshire puddings and toad in the hole, with listings in all major UK retailers. Its turnover is in the order of £33 million ($43 million) and it has reportedly delivered double-digit growth in recent times.

Founded in 2021 and backed by European private equity firm PAI Partners, The Compleat Food Group owns well-known brands including Pork Farms, Wall’s Pastry and Squeaky Bean, and maintains a strong market presence in sectors such as savoury pastry, Mediterranean deli and plant-based foods.
