The Stella Artois Cidre range is being expanded in the UK with the launch of new Peach and Elderflower flavours.
AB InBev describes the new Peach variety as featuring “a delightfully fruity peach taste contrasted with subtle citrus and rose floral tones” while the Elderflower variety “exudes a fresh and lively aroma complemented by crisp apple, star fruit and bergamot tones”.
The new varieties follow last year’s launch of a raspberry cider, which generated £7.2 million ($11.0 million) of sales between its debut in May and October.
Phil Pick, marketing manager at AB InBev, said: “We’re delighted to bring even more fresh flavours to the market. Stella Artois Cidre peach and elderflower continue our legacy of being category innovators and offering consumers the absolute best premium flavours and taste”.
The Peach flavour will be sold both in single 500ml bottles (RRP £1.99 ($3.04)), and 330ml bottles in four and eight pack formats. The Elderflower flavour will be sold in the 500ml size only.
