US confectionery firm Hershey has announced the acquisition of two manufacturing facilities from Weaver Popcorn Manufacturing, a leader in popcorn production. In a press release, Hershey said the deal includes Weaver Popcorn’s plants in Bethlehem (PA) and Whitestown (IN).
