Corn snack firm Pipcorn Heirloom Snacks and Spudsy, an upcycled sweet potato snack company, have announced a merger deal involving the sale of their assets to the newly formed UpSnack Brands. Pipcorn is known as a health-focused snack brand made from heirloom corn, offering mini popcorn, cheese balls, crunchies, corn dippers, and twists.
