Farmer-owned dairy co-operative Tillamook has announced plans to open a new ice cream manufacturing facility in Decatur (IL), in 2024. Tillamook currently operates two facilities in Oregon, mainly dedicated to the production of cheese. The new facility will be the first to focus exclusively on ice cream manufacture.
