Agrial, the agri-food co-operative, is to acquire the Brittany-based charcuterie firm Tallec, according to a report in Les Echos. Headquarterted in Bannalec, Tallec manufactures traditional ham, terrines and pate, generating €37 million ($44 million) in annual revenue. It operates from two factories and employs around 200 staff.
