Family-owned wine importer Quintessential has announced the acquisition of US-produced wine portfolio of Accolade Wines for an undisclosed sum. With this deal, Quintessential will acquire the production, global sales, and marketing of four wine brands: Geyser Peak, Atlas Peak, Outlot and, XYZin.
