US-based pasta company, Philadelphia Macaron, has announced the acquisition of A. Zerengas’s Sons, for an undisclosed sum. Having opened its first factory in 1848 by Antoine Zerega, A. Zerega’s Sons is a producer of dry pasta for the foodservice channels, industrial ingredient, and retail. With this deal, A.
