Patisseries Gourmandes

Patisseries Gourmandes, a French firm specialized in making baked goods,  has entered into an exclusive negotiation to acquire the manufacturing activities of fellow bakery firm La Trinitaine, according to a report in Ouest-France. Stores operating under that La Trinitaine banner are said to be excluded from the deal.
