Altamont Capital Partners, a US investment fund, has announced the acquisition of meat firm Maxi Canada for an undisclosed amount. Quebec-based Maxi Canada is a manufacturer of frozen poultry, known for its Yummy and Dino Buddies brands which are sold throughout the United States.
