Lolli & Pops, a portfolio company of private equity firm TerraMar Capital, has announced the acquisition of US-based confectionery producer Hammond’s Candies for an undisclosed sum. Founded in 1920, Hammond’s manufactures handcrafted candy canes, lollipops, and other classic sweet treats.
