Leadbetter Foods

Premium Brands, a Canadian producer of branded speciality food products, has announced the acquisition of a 100% stake of Ontario-based Leadbetter Foods, a meat products firm. Leadbetter Foods manufactures bacon, fresh and frozen burgers and portion cut steaks which it markets under brands such as Cowboy Burgers and Cowboy Steaks, and has annual revenues of $55 million.
