The Indian arm of consumer goods giant Nestle and Indian multinational pharmaceutical company Dr Reddy’s have formed a joint venture to offer new nutraceutical brands to consumers in India and other agreed territories. The joint venture will establish its headquarters in Hyderabad, and select brands will be licenced by both parties.
